Oh...that now confirms that was not actual frosting on the balcony glass in the renders, but relying on reflection to create that effect from certain angles. So it is as advertised, I guess. However, this does not excuse that the balcony design was a misfire on what was a stellar project up to that point. /sigh

I miss the days when I actually liked this building. But honestly, what a twist. I thought nothing could ruin this building for me. But then came the balconies.
 
Any idea why the Esplanade was never turned into more interlocking bricks/stones on the ground, that would have been real nice for that neighbourhood and would've truly made it old town along with St.Lawrence market and then off to the distillery district.
 
The exterior is almost buttoned up except for the south lift section.

It looks like the bottom 8 floors are almost ready. Floor plans removed from the windows. Burning in the lights.
The Royal York reflection off the top level windows is quite bright in my unit.
