Toronto 75 on The Esplanade | 99.97m | 29s | Harhay | a—A

They took down all the ads from the hoarding walls facing Esplanade & updated it with Harhay's condo history & advertising the available restaurant space for Spring 2021, 8K sq. ft. on the main floor & 3K on the mezzanine level.

Didn't get a chance to take a picture of it however.

they are already at ground level, could be less than 2 years and they will be occupied, that always amazes me about construction in this city it seems forever for consultations but very little time for actual construction.

It is similar to the carpenters' motto. Measure twice, cut once!

Decent addition to the neighbourhood.

Hoping the new building population invigorates the market and the eventual north market lol. Also hope some sun still lands on the north side of the street. Be a shame to see this little food and drink strip go fallow.

Not to be nitpicky but neither the North (tent) nor the South Market needs invigorating. They're both packed and doing great, even with their sh*tty business hours.
