And they can go higher when they figure out the elevator/stairway updates! Where are they on this as it seems to be a huge obstacle in making missing middle projects viable.

I hope the finishes are decent because that is some horrendous built form. Just a rectangular slab.

This is the infamous developer that promised to protect a large tree but then cut it down illegally, right? I cannot tell you how much the neighbourhood hates this guy right now

I can assure you we are all shedding many tears for Leaside homeowners

Why can't we have nice things in Leaside? And if this thing turns out to be a disaster, is that not going to make it less likely that more of them will be built?
