I think it looks great and fits in just fine, with the glaring exception of the grade treatment -- would it kill architects/developers to bring down the masonry treatment to grade? Sheer glazing is just always so sterilizing.

They should really create a defined series of storefronts at street level instead of a wall of glass. Narrow Victorian storefronts help to define the character and identity of Queen West.

There is a Turkish restaurant going in here as of 3 December. I imagine that this is going to go through a big upzoning! Lol
