lol. Why sell 3 years after presumably turning down a very competitive offer from Carttera? The site has 0 development potential now.

I mean it's better overall for urbanism as this is a unique little nail house site now, but financially it makes no sense for the owner.
 
The importance of shadow control. Who would have thought a January 23 2:00 pm window of light on the park would invite people to sit on the benches. It also draws a camper in the blue tent at the bottom of the picture.
Nice office location.

I drove by the park at about 11 this morn and was really struck by how busy it was.

It may have something to do with COVID closing down its main establishment. Something they likely did not anticipate 3 years ago. Oh well...
