As @Towered has mentioned earlier, Soma is also next doors. Which is quite the treat as long as you can find the right balance in life. 
Sam James Coffee is also just down the street towards Queen. Not everyone is gonna be a fan when it was still around, but if this was still circa 2014-2017-ish I'd live here in a heartbeat to hang out with the wait staff crew at Duggans.
