This sounds particularly banal for this strip and exactly the kind of buildings they're trying to tear down to build condos on only as far down as Shorncliffe.

They JUST paved it last year, glad they're doing something with it, that stretch of Dundas needs more.

There is now a black chain link fence around the property and demolition crews have been gutting the inside of the building. Wonder what is moving ahead here? The renderings seemed to suggest a tear down but it doesn't look like that is happening anymore.

I wonder if this is in addition to Sherway or if they are replacing the space they currently lease in Sherway Gardens.

Very disappointing. With the amount of density coming to the area over the next 5 to 10 years, would have been good to see something useful in this space for the community and not a other car dealership.
