I was critically low on battery so I didn't make it to photograph the back of the building.

I wonder if this is in addition to Sherway or if they are replacing the space they currently lease in Sherway Gardens.

One of the phase 1 towers at Sherway takes up the existing Tesla store parking (and the old Holt Renfrew footprint).
