I love the way the north elevation of the podium deals with the existing corner building's roofline. That's quite nice.

Everything i like to see in a project: a well thought-out concept, use of alternative materials / finishings, setbacks from the existing heritage builds, good proportions. It's also nice to see buildings oriented off the main N-S axis. Also, the off site parkland dedication is great news for area residents.
