An entrance door to each condo unit needs to be a solid core door for fire safety rating purposes ... therefore it is not possible to have "bedroom (hollow) doors" installed as entrance doors to each unit, that would never pass building inspections, let alone occupancy permits ... unless you are just making a unfounded statement for the sake of an arguement
It's likely solid-core. My bedroom door comment refers to the flimsyness when shut, and the lack of sealing around the edges. When it is shut, you can rattle it, and see light around the edges. This makes for very, very poor sound-proofing.
Yes, I've spent a lot of time in a unit, and yes, the renter complains about it constantly.
The Verve's common spaces (gym, theatre, pool etc) are done very well, but I don't see any significant difference in quality within the units.
