What a downgrade from previous plans. All of the renderings shown are from prev. plan except one - the 1 updated one. Just one? Wonder why? Looked like a promising cool modern layered structure w a copper-like hue in previous renderings/design- would standout in skyline by the park. Now it’s some beigey grey, unimpressive flat multi-windowed exterior. This may look better once built. But again, a downgrade. .

I want to see the materials they'll use here first before I consider this a downgrade in the opinion...

...I mean, it all looks pretty good from what I see so far. But I also assumed that of the Baka Nobu from its' beginning. >.<

Lanterra does have an interest in good architecture.

Yeah. I agree. I've heard alot of complaints about the interior but outside is always good.
