The orange on the podium looks good in my opinion, and the townhouses at the rear are decent although nothing special. What ruins the building are the sloppy "X" shaped design on the balconies though.
 
The townhouses still remain unfinished.

Would have been passable if they just scrapped the whole balcony design and just kept the class clear. How are people paid to make decisions like this?

Having different colors panels in place of that crap would look a lot better. That crap destroy the look of the building and what cheap design will look like when developers wants things cheap that will look upscale.
