Just in case people forgot what this failure was sold as

The balcony job is not complete yet. It is too early to judge how it finally looks like. I personally really like the rendering.

Compared to its neighbour: VOX condos, I think it is a much better project for residences living there: better floor plans, better views, more elevators to use.

Vox is possibly the most investor driven project this entire development cycle - IIRC they didn't even do a domestic marketing campaign, or open sales to the public. There will likely be almost no end buyers moving in on day one of occupancy.

This should never happen here. But developers run the city so...

Aside from a few details, it's not far off. What's distinctly different?

The balcony glass panels with the X's are the white ones on the rendering.
The full height vertical X'd panels have not yet been installed to create the stepped pattern,
but the pattern is not white enough to differentiate those panels from the adjacent clear panels.

Basically, the main design element on the façade - the white stepped panels - will not appear as planned.

Just to preface the below, I'm not defending it, but...

The balcony glass panels with the X's are the white ones on the rendering.

What X's?

What X's?

but the pattern is not white enough to differentiate those panels from the adjacent clear panels.

It's clear glass, not fritted. Sure, not incredible, but it is differentiated.

Basically, the main design element on the façade - the white stepped panels - will not appear as planned.

Again, confused. Is this a long-winded way of saying 'I wish it were fritted in a different way'?

Today.

i honestly thought that was residual construction tape on the balconies. Such a forgetful project yet i somehow can't forget about it fast enough
