Window wall, eh -- is that newly introduced following the height reduction?

If it's of the same quality that we've been getting at CentreCourt's 411 Church and Grid, then nothing to worry about. (On the north wall here wth balconies, there'd be no reason to go with curtain wall there anyway.)

411 Church looks good and I'll give CentreCourt and IBI credit for a job well done there, from what I can see. But GRID looks like cheap crap, including the white aluminum. There is a way to do glazing, and a way to do aluminum, using the right systems; GRID is not an example of doing it nicely.

Yes, this building is canceled but I'm sure it will relaunch at the acceptable height and $300+ psf more than what these were sold for, similar to what happened with Lamb's project on Richmond St W, The James (Now The Woodsworth). Especially with nearby BIG Toronto and The Well coming in around those prices too.

Really surprised Brad/his PR guy has been able to keep this quiet. You’d think at least one purchaser would reach out to CBC or the Star and give the deversated purchaser perspective story.
