Just a work light. Does make one wonder what's going on in there with two Priestly Demolition trucks outside, though.

I live within view of the building. They have been working since I think the weekend or last week? They have demolished the back part of the building...not sure how much more is going to be taken down, but seems to be the extent of what they've done so far, as far as I can see from outside...

I can see this will make heritage types real nervous. And reasonably so.

Unfortunately, the crew appears to be working on behalf of Brad Lamb. From what can be seen from the next door property at ground level, it is only the extension out back of the main building that is being demolished at the moment - there is a bit of a mural now visible on the wall where the extension used to but up against the original building.

The original building is obviously in very poor shape now, with part of the roof in the back of the main structure missing - open to the sky.
