Interesting how much quicker this went up than the one right south of it. I know it started earlier, but it still strikes me as having proceeded very quickly.

This one started quite a bit later than Stanley. I think it was a combination of a shallow basement (only two levels, versus 5-6 for Stanley) and much better site access (they had both Wood and Church, while Stanley only had Church)
