All their projects do. I noticed at their Zen King West site that the construction site hours operate 7am-7pm.. Most sites are 7am-3:30 or 4pm. Means you get a lot more done in a lot less time. That's 40% more time every day working.

I find the quality and design several levels better than Grid. I wish the design extended more in the narrow side/ end of the structure. It comes across as an afterthought; something also shared with Grid.

I do not understand how it looks like an "afterthought." It looks like a more simply designed section, a visual rest. You or I might not think that wall needs a simpler section to contrast with the bulk of the building… but that does not mean that less care was given to the design here, just that the designers felt differently about how to present that wall.
