It's early but this one's already looking like a winner. Love the full sheets of uninterrupted glass. Centercourt has introduced some pretty nice looking projects thus far. Karma, Peter St and INDX. Not a bad start.

I was walking by the area last week and very surprised how quickly this tower has gone up compared to the Stanley Condo tower next door. IIRC, Stanley Condo tower began sales at least 1-2 years before Centrecourt.

Love the way they are handling the corner units

I managed to check this out yesterday. It's filling in this corner very nicely, and I think it's going to be a looker. Also, it makes the patio on Hair of the Dog even cozier than it was before, which is great.

It's unusual to see giant window panes with no mullions on a new build in Toronto. I think this bodes well.

yup. Centrecourt may use IBI, but they at least give them the budget to do their best work.
