Some units for sale on MLS on the 43rd floor. Is this a mistake or did the building suddenly get bigger like Stanley condo next door did?

As long as they go with a sufficiently opaque treatment on the honeycomb pattern this one should turn out ok.

The ground level spaces also look quite generous. There's some potential here for interesting retail/restaurants at least.

The floor numbering in the building likely skips floors 4, 13, 14, 24, 34, out of deference to those who hold onto ridiculous superstitions.
