Not sure the problem here.. TPA Is expecting a 9% IRR on it.. it's literally making the city money. Who cares? If there was a subsidy, sure, I would have an issue. If people want to drive and pay through the nose for it, I'm not one to stop them.

Cute window treatment on the podium, sure, but the units are garbage. There are few as craven as the bottom-dwellers at Plaza...

As a pedestrian you interact most with the street level, so if there is one area that I am happy gets executed well, it is the podium.

that golden trim on the brick looks sweet! cant say much about the tower itself.

The lower half of the podium is very nice. Then the curtain wall changes into window wall? How cheap can you possibly get?

Unit breakdown for this one is interesting. Understood that it's directly downtown but 35% bachelor (most are north-facing) seems atypical... guess it's good there is a lot of amenity space.

It's nice to see more buildings using the precast brick look with arches for the podium. It's has that 70s old-school look real nice ! This building is going to look solid when it's finished !
