This has a management office on the ground floor so it appears to be a rental.. Centrecourt seems to be getting into rentals now with this and 440 Dufferin.

Construction might possibly be starting soon. Both an excavator and a shoring machine are now on site. While the lot has been used as a staging area for adjoining projects in the past, I am not aware of any other sites nearby that would be about to start the shoring and excavation process....

May finally be for liberty on the lake, that project has been in "sales" for probably 5 years now.
It may be for 39 Liberty as well: it's to be a rental, so doesn't need the sales period to move forward. Maybe the excavation will be for both of the side-by-side projects.
We ran a front page story at the beginning of this month for this project, announcing that the Site Plan Application had been submitted to the City.

So two buildings are going in this lot, as i recall one of them will be a twin to whats been built next door

Yup. If both of them are starting, we are looking at 7 towers under construction at the corner at the same time! Crazy.
