Moving at a good pace (for Toronto standards). Nice to see. 2.5 years from application to reaching grade.

But by normal, reasonable standards, this entire project should have been completed in 2.5 years. That is a critique of the City, not the developer. The fact this had to go through zoning and SPA is ridiculous.

At least Staff recommended approval. I thought this was going to LPAT with the intensity and rear facing units on a Neighbourhoods land use.

I think the blue-ish looking effect is just a protective layer on top of the window framing parts. Once they remove them, it should be black based on how they look in the renderings.
Oh! Now come to think of it...I've never seen marble with electric blue streaks like that before. So my bad, I should have realized... :(
