Does this developer own the two buildings and small vacant lot just west of this project in the photos up above ? If not are those properties subject for development in the future? Because it doesn't look like you can fit even a highrise being close to two skyscrapers !

That area will be such a mess traffic wise (BJW between King and Front) with additions of 357 King, Nobu, Maverick, Wayne Gretzky restaurant condo (forgot the name) adding to the already dense area!
