Speaking of M5V, I took a look at a unit there a few years back when I was in the market for condos. The unit had a completely transparent glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom (not en-suite, access to the bathroom was from the foyer). I guess the idea is to enjoy the views while you soak in the bathtub, provided that the blinds in the bedroom window are up (the window aligns with the glass wall). At that time, you could see quite a way down King (facing east), but now you're looking directly at 357 King! Future residents of 357 King will be entertained by their neighbours in M5V who 'forget' to pull their blinds down while taking a shower / bath.
