Hehehe so funny
I would MUCH prefer the Bisha building be visible with the heritage red brick warehouse facade than this mess

From the oil canning panels that will deteriorate by the time the next winter hits to the lack of any brick or historic aspect of the podium to the "I don't know what colour to choose so I'll include them all" panels covering up and down the West side, this whole building is a complete mess and worse than the renderings

Shameful addition to this corner

Honestly, it's such a shame that developers in the entertainment district didn't capitalize on its name with towers with more extravagant designs. I'm not asking for Sydney or Melbourne architectural quality but going along with flare akin to Tableau, Picasso and even PJ condos nearby.

Helluva staging platform 16 storeys up!
