It looks just as awful, if not even worse than in the design renders
A missed opportunity for a beautiful brick facade podium to complement the buildings surrounding: King Blue with the restoration of Westing house and matching dark brick podium; Bisha for the restoration of the wearehouse podium, 55 Mercer will also have a two coloured brick podium
And then this ugly piece of boring glass and clad in one of the most visible corners of the Entertainment district...

Great Gulf used to be okay (X, X2, 1BE) but their most recent offerings have been less than stellar (Yonge+Rich, HOME and now this).
