A lot of generic similar looking buildings in this view. Having some colour in at least some of them would have made this view look a lot better.

Yup, you can see the red brick from PJ condos really stand out.
Need more of those. A nod to the neighbourhood architecture heritage.

It's a nice building in terms of massing. The design is pleasant in itself, even though it's design was fine for its time, but a bit short for this boom.

To my shock the Hyatt actually looks ok there. It breaks up the monotony of the area. The very last thing the Entertainment District needs is another glass building.

The Hyatt may be "interesting" architecturally, but it's just as bad if not worse at street level than most of the new buildings in the area. I wouldn't be sad to see it go.

Had always hoped they’d recladd it in the black that’s at ground level. Windows are fine to match the area.sorry off topic. But it was brought up. As for the view there, I don’t think it will block out much. He’d be safe for now I’d say... a bit darker feeling and canyon like though.
