It appears all the signage has been removed from the fencing, wonder if the project is still to proceed as is? It's been left without any progress following the initial tear down for almost 2 years now.

Was walking by the area yesterday and noticed that the signage about the project are back up on the fencing...

Ok, that bit out of the way, some real news.

@HousingNowTO got me looking into this.....so

New SPA docs were filed in January '24

NOAC was issued here in February '24

The 2022 'New Building' permit had been dormant......... but I see activity on file as at September '24.

This one appears to be coming back to life.
