This one has managed to garner one of the rare Refusal Reports from Planning.
I called this one early to face serious headwinds, and so it has.
The initial design was attractive enough to at least merit consideration, if it could be guaranteed that's what we would get; but in failing that, the design was substantially degraded, and I'm content to see a refusal here.
Of note, this site is already now subject to an MCR request which will go to Planning and Housing on June 1st.
