New minor update taken from SPA. The total car parking reduced from 188 car parking to 185 car parking.
Something's not going right here. Little progress since June.

Any guess why? I've noticed too that progress here has been less than stellar. I'd be interested to know what's going on here.

I have an answer:
Foundation permit was only just issued 5 days before your visit.
Curiously, there was never a shoring permit here that I can see...........
Also looks like they aren't using an STR permit, as one doesn't appear to be applied for.............
