The tower and podium have pre-cast brick cladding. The tower portion is decent but I found the podium cladding to be rather meh. That being said, I was driving so and didn’t have a lot of time to check it out in detail.

Drove by here yesterday and I would also agree that the precast brick on the tower portion is better quality. The detailing on the podium has some irregular bits such as the points where each precast panel are joint. But I wouldn't say it's overwhelmingly bad. I think these will likely still come together as fairly solid.
