What made anyone think that Tridel wouldn't cover this thing in spandrel? It's pretty close to the model and renderings (both disasters, I might add).

I thought it started out quite handsomely. Now, it looks quite bad. If I bought there, I'd have some anxiety right now.

The renderings looked great. The real thing so far, not so much. However, the overall shape is attractive, and the balcony glass will help it. The dark grey sections look amazing. The white and powder blue is the issue.
