Great quality of glazing here. Next part is to see how they execute the rest of the cladding materials. But so far this is coming together quite nicely. It could end up ranking up there with Livmore High Park for best looking new rental apartment buildings in recent years, especially for ones outside the downtown core.

This is a great fabric building that should be replicated all over the city.

just found out that this project has changed to a total rental building instead of just the 40 rental units approved along with the condo units. Now I know why there has been no presales or info so far about the units

This has been planned as rental since 2018 at least!
