I was just thinking in terms of what used to be there if is much improved. Spaccio plus Reyna, two or three decent coffee shops, Ladybug and Gusto plus whatever else is going to open are not a bad start! What made me think of this is an upmarket hair salon that just opened west of Gusto.

Great list! I would add Lisbon Hotel even though it is off King is part of the trend.

I parked in the area to have dinner at Gusto 501 this past summer and saw Reyna was buzzing with activity. The place looked interesting, may have to try them sometime soon.

I guess I have lived there long enough that stuff has opened bit by bit without me seeing the full list. It's more than I thought! Haven't had the chance to check out Rosebud or Ladybug yet, and Lisbon Hotel is definitely on the list.
