Nice congruent lines created by those precast brick segments. This one is looking pretty solid so far.

NO new renderings are added. The only information that changed is the total unit count changed from 162 units to 150 units. Total parking count reduced from 117 parking to 107 parking.

This actually looks pretty decent. I just wish they would have kept the same red brick for the podium, rather than the grey brick.
