There was an industrial accident here today. I wonder if the worker was trying to get onto the roof from this ladder which wasn’t tall enough, that would be a tough gap to get over.

Admittedly, this one looks interesting from a distance...I just wish I could say the same for up close. The almost non-existent window setbacks only reinforce the reality that the cladding on this one is 'tissue-thin' and cheap. It reminds me of the stuff they use to clad those immense distribution warehouses in industrial parks. I suspect this is not a building for the generations which will age well, and that is a real shame considering the prominent position it holds over Dundas Square.
