Nah, this is cleary very, very bad. Vaughan's project standards have actually been surprisingly high for the VMC area.

I really thought an UrbanToronto Moderator/Staff member (of all people) could do so much better than this archi-junk for their first(?) public offering.

Personally I like it, I don't love it, but it's unique and seems to make good use of space. I do find the podium a little underwhelming though.
