Unless at least one of those bedrooms is going to be out on the terrace, there is simply no way 3 bedrooms are going to fit in that space. Also, see immediately above for a 1 bedroom space totalling 295 SF next to a bachelor with almost 100 SF more... who is in charge of floorplates at HPA?

I don't know how this can be stopped, but today's rather charming two-storey frontages on Yonge from Erskine north to Lytton Blvd, which make it such a family-friendly, non big box retail, mom + pop retailing strip, is soon to disappear. So many independent retailers have worked so hard to make their livelihoods here, become part of this neighbourhood, yet eventually will have to give it up to these hellish 'podiums of bad chains' with condos up top. Sad to see this will be the future of Yonge north to Lawrence.

If it isn't an error, then bedrooms 2/3 might be sized for single beds.
Nano bachelor in Hong Kong are about 150sqft total, and you could fit 3 of those into 500sqft.
Would be yes, but the Ontario Building Code wouldn't accept Nano apartments currently. Minimum bedroom sizes etc.

If capsule hotels do come to Toronto, very likely would they be used for hostels.Probably not currently. but they might be able to at some point with maybe some clever work. amenity space would be key in that regard.
