Hi - Does anyone know anything about the stacked parking concept they’re going to implement in this building? I own a unit and thinking of buying parking. Any comments and advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Massey is doing fully automated - this project only has stackers from my understanding. They are pretty simple - they allow 2 cars to park where normally only one can.
 
Other than utilities, the biggest expense your condo fees pay for is the concierge since there has to be someone there 24hrs. Now our need to pay for 24 hr valet? Ouch.

You would have had extra maintenance fees to pay for 2X as many parking levels, so you need to compare it against that.

Also, if excavation was expensive, the builder would have tried to recoup some of that extra cost from you via a higher sale price for your unit.
