This is great. Has a very corporate look, but not in the typical Toronto sense. A nice departure.

If you look closely at the roof, it looks slightly peaked towards the facet on the southeast corner, not flat.

Really? I'm content with it given how much better the heritage building would look overall.

Either way, these renderings are very preliminary.

Nice crisp international-style lines. The dark cladding would contrast well with the reflective CF tower and neighbouring white towers (The 250 & Massey). The base cross-bracing paired with the slim profile reminds me of Hearst meets Trump World Tower.

Looks good. This would be a nice addition to the block. Hope the colour scheme including that of the glass stay true to the render.
