Walked by last night and noticed this building really bulges over the sidewalk.. I guess CF had to get creative to get every extra square inch
I wouldn't characterize it that way. They're not getting a square inch extra by doing what they're doing here; the bulging shape is because Cadillac Fairview wanted something architecturally out-of-the-ordinary. If they were looking for every extra square inch, a simple couple of boxes here would have sufficed.
