I believe it is to seal off the elements (rain etc) while they pour the concrete floors on top of the metal decking.Can someone more versed in construction explain to me what all the black plastic wrap is for? There sure seems to be a lot of it....

hahahaI see a lot of photos with PCL logos in them. I guess the PCL police are on vacation, or have given up their fruitless endeavour.
