They seemed to have slowed down the pace a bit completing 'just' one floor in 13 days based on Sikandar's last two pics. They seemed to be previously on a floor per week pace on the levels above the main floor.

TLAB is appealing the Committee of Adjustment decision to allow a reduction of retail/service space fronting York and Bremner.

Cadillac Fairview was granted a reduction to 38% and 26% of street-facing retail from the 40% requirement in 2011. It now wants to further reduce it to 33% and 21%, citing inconveniences that they couldn’t bother designing around for the past 7 years. Considering this attempt to build a glass bunker and their negligence over the broken “Canopy” art installation across the street at MLS, CF is missing an opportunity to leverage a major intersection they own 50% of.

Hearing takes place on August 30.
