What I will say is that the condo has improved the width of the sidewalk on Redpath which I find narrow.

It's not done yet but much more room to pass strollers and slow people.

I like the window walls with the colors, would be awesome if the balconies were not there.

That being said, he isn't wrong.

Some other buildings without balconies that have gone up in this city would have been better if they were simply 155 Redpath sans balcony.

Other (bigger) tower at 150 Redpath.

At 155 there is a sign for a coffee shop looking for a franchisee.

A diner and a coffee shop would both be welcomed additions, even if they are a chain brand.

Too cold to take a photo, but according to signage, The ManKind men's studio will be moving to 155 Redpath in the Spring (currently at 212 Eglinton) along with a cafe.
