Today Jan. 11th, some windows have gone in; no etchings on the 1st floor for bird strikes?

The windows are supposed to have anti-bird strike markings on them, usually a baked-on enamel frit, from ground up to 12 metres. Is it possible that these windows were supposed to have been installed on higher floors? They look good otherwise.

Nah, the markings are there, they are just very faint when not at the right angle. I guess the birds see it and we don't, which is the point?

As a condo observer just eyeballing the progress made here so far, I'd say maybe around October to November is more realistic for occupancy.

August sounds a bit too optimistic IMO. As there's still quite a lot left to do in terms of exterior and especially interiors.
