Agreed. A great example of a development that fits nicely with the existing streetscape in form and colour. It almost appears that the three pieces were designed together.

I like this lighter brick colour more than the darker tones at the Oben Flats rental building at Winnifred Ave.

I mildly disagree. Oben Flats' brickwork is elegantly austere - that's one of my favorite modern buildings in Leslieville. But yeah, this one remains a sweet, clean project that fits into the streetscape very nicely.

I like most of Leslieville but that this section of Queen with Coady and Larchmount Ave might be my favourite. I've always liked that cute little "Completo" place on Coady and the outdoor seating space in front of that "Leslieville is Beautiful" mural. While not too far away on the south side where Eye Studio is, you have that building with the 2nd floor exterior mural of the major Leslieville street names.
