The brick looks decent. This is shaping up to be a solid urban fabric building for that corner.

Not liking the black spandrel?, beside the windows or so many different variations of window sizes, but like the brick and how the building fits in with the neighbourhood.

Couple quibbles sure; would've been nice if the brick was carried down to the ground although it's a pleasant surprise to get it all the way up top. Spandrel is a bit clumsy but otherwise it's a sharp infill building. However I very much appreciate the colourful brick used on the street; more of that please!

On Queen East it's a victory when the building meets ground level and isn't clad in toilet paper.
