Good to infill in this part of town, but not my cup of tea. It looks cheap.

I do not think this looks cheap . It isn't finished yet either. I like the looks of this project personally. The Poet has made a poor choice for the the grey concrete colour. It is getting little better with the faux wood sections being added. In addition both of these residential building seem to have a very nice height for the main floor and also with the glass treatment chosen.for the retail sections at the base.
