It looks like it's been around forever thanks to the combination of old school red brick and light grey accents. It's architecturally unremarkable overall, but it works in its context. It's nice that the second and third floors line up with the Victorian building next to it on Yonge Street.

How they finish the window framing will be the clincher for me. But overall, this definitely looks like a positive addition. I quite like the way it bookends and completes the southern corner along Yonge of that block.

I like the mild densification, but it's really rather haphazard and incongruous.

This is a nice small project and really fits in well on this stretch of Yonge St.
