  • 1050 Sheppard Ave. West: Half-acre site at the Sheppard West subway station with plans to develop a mixed-use project containing 199 residential rental units and 172 parking stalls.

is there a problem with this property? or why did it sell so low? I've seen that they have a site plan application under review (Dec 2018) and that they are advertising the building but it is not open to the public yet (http://www.futuracondo.com/)
